Very expensive Service , but thats BMW . It was asked , can we clean your car (ok) Poor job floor mats left on passanger seat , and all wheels untouched with brake dust on ?? not bad for a £1000.00 (yes thousand Pound service) not really impressed .

My car was booked for 11am for an MOT while I waited. It was 12.40 am before I was told it had failed. A new tyre had to be fitted and it was 2.10 pm before my car was ready.

I was offered a complimentary car wash but I was disappointed when my car was returned barely cleaner than when I took it in. I don't think the car was washed so I took it straight to the local car wash to have it washed!!

My car is a 3 Series dating from November 2002. There were difficulties in obtaining the parts required to fix the problems with the car and resolving the software challenges encountered. In view of the time required, the cost was reasonable.

Despite an issue with having the incorrect part, I'm happy with my experience. I was kept informed at all times & provided with a lovely courtesy car. Charges relating to the work were also waived even though the part wasn't covered by the warranty.
