Whilst we were advised of a delay in delivery, at times it was difficult to get replies to either email or voicemail. However Sam Oliver was very helpful and explained things clearly, albeit at times hard to contact.

When we first approached Vines at Gatwick they advised they couldnt look at our car until after Christms. Only when the BMW recovery became involved the car was accepted by Vines.
